Kaye oversees invoicing, new client setup and system management. A strong believer in the value of personal relationships when dealing with clients, Kaye’s customer service is measured only against the gold standard. She enjoys an active social life, and captains the "Zebs" netball team in the local league.
With a background in the medical sector, Sarah has proved the ideal fit to look after clinical clients. Her tasks include diary management and arranging consultations and procedures. She is also a part-time amateur model, and harbours an ambition to obtain a private pilot’s licence.
Lucy lives and breathes customer service, with her attention to detail being second to none, co-ordinating absence management processes and database compilation for our larger clients. Lucy keeps fit in her spare time and is often to be found at the climbing wall or practicing pole dancing.
Alan founded the Zeb,PA business in late 2004 in Southend before moving the operation to Harlow in 2010. Since then he and the team have grown the operation to to cater for around 1000 clients. He enjoys many outdoor activities, including trekking, mountaineering and skiing.
